There are so much negativity around us. How can we train our thoughts as individuals to become better people in society? Because it's so hard to come to a point of individual peace, having peace within yourself and peace of the surroundings around you. Is there a way that you can everyday train yourself to be at peace so that you are not stressed and angry at the world and people?
